„Acid Thunder“ – Terry Farley lässt es krachen

Nach dem Regen kommt der Donner. Terry Farley hat im letzten Jahr die Compilation „Acid Rain“ vorgestellt, nun präsentiert er den Nachfolger „Acid Thunder“. Auf fünf CDs versammelt der Brite 59 Tracks aus der Zeit von 1985 bis ‘91 – remastered und teilweise vorher noch nie auf einer Compilation veröffentlicht oder seit ihrem Original-Release nicht mehr erhältlich gewesen. Mit dabei ist auch ein 32-seitiges Booklet mit Fotos und Flyern aus dem Archiv von Farley und Jacob Arnold, Betreiber von Gridface, einer der wichtigsten Seiten in Sachen Housemusik.

„Acid Thunder – More Definitive Acid & Deep House 1985-1991“ erscheint am 1. September 2014 auf Harmless.
