Tiësto macht jetzt House – Premiere beim Tomorrowland

Am 25. und 26. Juli findet das digitale Festival “Tomorrowland – Around The World” statt. Der niederländische EDM-DJ Tiësto hat schon unzählige Male auf dem Tomorrowland gespielt und gehört inzwischen auf der Mainstage schon fast zum Inventar. Allerdings steht dieses Jahr ein ganz besonderes Debüt für Tiësto an. Nicht nur, dass es dieses Jahr keine physischen Zuschauer geben wird und das ganze Spektakel bei jedem “Besucher” im Wohnzimmer stattfinden wird, sondern Tiësto wird zum ersten mal unter seinem neuen Alias auftreten. Der DJ heißt mit bürgerlichen Namen Tijs Verwest und hat beschlossenen von nun an unter dem Namen VER:WEST Melodic House aufzulegen. Er nutzt dafür das digitale Tomorrowland Festival um sich erstmals zu präsentieren. Er selbst sagt darüber: “I would describe VER:WEST as melodic house music. It’s a lot deeper and more chill and a very different energy than Tiësto. I got this opportunity from Tomorrowland to express a different side of me which I’ve never done before. I know they are going to put amazing visuals around it and make it look really different and cool. Expect the unexpected, it’s going to look amazing!”
