„This is now my third summer season at the Mistral Beach Club in Croatia. After more than 21 years, spending my summers in Ibiza with my residencies at Space, Pacha, and Amnesia and my Timeless party at Lío, I thought after Corona: “On to new shores.”
How I ended up in Split, though, is a funny story. A very old friend from Ibiza called me and said: “Novy, you have to come to Croatia – I’m opening a beach club in Split.”
Why did I say yes? Quite simply: my daughter lives in Split, together with her husband and my two grandchildren. I hardly saw them during Corona – and I thought: this is a sign from fate. So: Hasta la vista, Ibiza – and pozdrav Split!
This is how it all began: making music, throwing parties – and from day one it was clear that this was a really good idea. People here love it, and the vacationers party along too. Even our international guests we invited were excited and really went for it. It’s always a special experience to dance with the party guests as the sun sets. In the last hours of the day, before the sun goes down and sinks into the sea, the mood rises once more and every guest tries to feel and celebrate the last beats even more intensely.

Four Areas – one vibe
Mistral Beach sits beautifully on a small ledge right by the water. We have four distinct areas, each with its own character:
Relaxing Area – West side with cozy sunbeds, perfect for chilling, meeting people, and simply looking at the sea.
Restaurant – Bar and beach restaurant. There are few places where you can lunch so beautifully directly by the sea.
Party & Lounge Area – here we dance from Thursdays through Saturdays as the sun sets. Start times vary with the weather, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, ending around 8:00 PM. Musically, it’s all about house in all its forms.
Pebbles Beach – classic Croatian pebble beach. You can rent a deck chair, jump into the crystal-clear water, and swim, as is the tradition here.
Open to all – no VIP nonsense
What’s special about Mistral Beach: we’re an open club. No entry fees, no fenced VIP areas. Of course you can reserve a lounge or a wing with friends if you want more space—but nothing is closed off to others. Everyone can party with everyone.
Dancing directly by the water is really a unique experience. And that reminds me of the old Ibiza spirit, which is why I went there in the first place. A bit like the old “Sunset Terrace at Space Ibiza” – only now in Croatia.
And the best part: here we party in swim shorts and bikinis. Phones often stay in pockets. Music, sun, people from all nations and creeds dancing together—that’s what counts.
