The DJ and production trio Swedish House Mafia are making headlines again — this time not with a new release, but with the announcement of their official residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza. Through their social media channels, Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso confirmed that in summer 2026 they will perform 12 weeks and 12 exclusive shows at the iconic open-air venue.
Swedish House Mafia are among the most influential acts in electronic music of the 2010s. With world hits like “Don’t You Worry Child,” “Greyhound,” and “Save the World,” they helped shape the modern festival sound. After their temporary split, the trio made a successful return and have since fused their classic progressive-house style with contemporary electronic influences.
Ushuaïa Ibiza, an internationally renowned open-air club and hotel concept in Playa d’en Bossa, is one of the key hotspots of the global dance scene. The venue is famous especially for its large daytime parties, where international top DJs such as David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and Armin van Buuren regularly perform. This makes Ushuaïa the perfect stage for the trio’s residency.
With their three-month residency, Swedish House Mafia will bring their distinctive sound back to the island and is likely to mark one of the musical highlights of Ibiza’s 2026 season.
What special show concepts and surprises the trio have planned for the residency remains to be seen — but one thing is certain: Summer 2026 at Ushuaïa will be all about Swedish House Mafia.
